Well since this is WTF News it is supposed to make you say wtf. A man getting shot in the head with 30 nails is only a tiny bit wtf-worthy, but getting shot in the head with 30 nails AND surviving is certainly wtf-worthy. I guess my definition of wtf is different. Reading that someone put 30 fucking nails in this guys head makes me say wtf. Regardless of whether or not someone got shot in the head with nails before, this is still fucking brutal.
