they're only famous in canada because of a ridiculous low-budget tv show that has garnered a huge fanbase among stoners and alcoholics, people who know people who live in trailer parks, but not so much trailer park inhabitants themselves.

also, they are reviled in Nova Scotia, where the show is produced

Until I started watching that show, I didn't even know that Canada had trailer parks. Amusingly enough, they are almost exactly like American trailer parks.

they stay in character the whole time, it's pretty funny if you like the show. They are, of course, dirty old men - lahey had his hand up the stewerdesses skirt but she didn't seem to mind.
