I damaged my processor when changing my cpu fan so I bought a 2nd hand processor through ebay.
my mobo is D845EBG2 and I used Pentium 4 2.4Ghz.
I bought another 2.4Ghz but after i installed it, it seems slower than usual.
I checked the BIOS, use program called CPU-Z, it says the processor only 1.2Ghz (msg the seller and he was right that pentium 4 doesnt go as low as 1.2Ghz)
but my windows XP says BOTH???
