Why is my hotmail page looking like this?

My hotmail inbox screen is scrambled right now. I received an e-mail that seemed to be trustworthy and clicked the link inside. After that, my hotmail inbox screen looks like this. -

Is this a possible hotmail hijacking? How can I fix this problem?

Problem is resolved now. It seemed to be a server error.

What was the email? Either way really just get rid of hotmail and get a gmail account. Just go to gmail.com or click email from google.com.

I thought for a second they changed their site so that you can only use IE to view it. That wouldn't surprise me.

I get this on a few sites randomly, Youtube, and a few forums I use.

It usually takes just a couple of refreshes, other times I'll have to leave it for the evening and it'll be fine again.

Yeah it looks like the stylesheet didn't load. Make sure View->Page Style isn't set to "No style", otherwise you just have to reload and hope the style loads. If you really want to fix it you can look at the html source for the page, find any links to external style sheets and see if they load.
