While I have not and will not use any drugs in my life, I am extremley libertarian in this subject. I say legalise drugs, tax the crap out of it, and that alone will MAKE more money then we are currently spending. (If you reverse the +/-)
Even though I see drug use as a very scummy thing, I will not impose my point of view on others. Feel free to smoke your crack pipe, just don't do it so that i can get the secondhand.

I have no idea if the numbers are correct or not, aside from the ones quoted from the FBI (which I assume will have been taken directly from an official FBI source.)
Nonetheless, the reasons stated as to why, at the very least, marijuana should be legalized are accurate.
(And no, I have never taken any illegal drug in my life. At most, I have been exposed to second hand marijuana smoke, but that is all.)
