Need a new keyboard

I'm currently using a Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 6000 v3 and I am starting to hate it. It is constantly lagging out on me during games, rendering me unable to move or perform any keyboard action. When I type it lags horribly (I'm a relatively fast typer) and loves to double some keystrokes and completely ignore others.

I really like the freedom that wireless provides as I do a lot more at my desk than computer work so being able to set the keyboard aside is a real plus.

Sounds like either a bad driver install, or it's just a plain shitty keyboard. Once I get the money to upgrade the periphs myself, I'm picking myself up a G11. The G15, while flashy and having a nice LCD, is a little expensive for my tastes, and I'm currently subsiding on a cheapo Logitech Classic right now, which besides lighting, is adequate for my needs. Any particular extras you'd like or price ranges you are aiming for?

I just realized, that sentence you wrote is about as bad as what I was suffering with my Saitek Eclipse II. Beautifully bright and glowy, but horrible on keystrokes, with keys dying out at random.

if you go wireless make sure you get a good one

even the slightest lag is fucking annoying to me tbh
