Shaving face fat
I have started working out again, first time in almost a year. 6 years of inactivity and heavy drinking has left my face a little puffy, my jaw line isnt as prominent as it once was and I have a baby beer belly. I gave up the booze 6 months ago, and some of the weight has fallen off. Before I started drinking, there wasn't an ounce of fat on my body, I could eat all day and never gain weight.
I am taking it easy just now to break myself in slowly. I intend to get more toned and build up some muscle, I am ok with that but for the first time I would like to get rid of the fat around my neck/face and stomach. The stomach thing I am ok with, situps and exercise will burn that off. But I don't know any ways to help get rid of some of this neck fat. I mean I am still pretty slim, I aint a tubbo.
I have mental health problems, so I want to get back into shape to boost my self esteem. Restoring my once (not that long ago) jaw line would be a massive boost. Are there any particular excercises that can help this? I have starting doing face stretches, it appears to have tightened some of that gunk around my neck which is good. So any tips would be welcome.

6 years of inactivity will crush nearly every metabolism. Start dieting and exercising and the fat will fall off. Unfortunately you cannot dictate where the fat falls from first, but places like shoulders and necks are usually the last place the body stores fat, and the first places fat is removed from by the body. (Have you ever seen anyone with fat shoulders? I didn't think so...)
So just exercise and it will come off. Spot reduction is a myth, so try not to focus on it too much.
