PS3, HD TV Tuner and other issues...

Well, now that I have a fair library of games for my PS3, I'm beginning to think that playing them on a standard TV is wasting their potential.

Rather than buying a brand new HDTV though I was wondering if it was possible to play my PS3 using my laptop's screen (1920x1200). I gather that the only feasible method of achieving this is to run the signal from the PS3 through an HDTV tuner into the laptop.

Now, my question is this - given the fact that a USB tv tuner is likely to produce hideous input lag - what Expresscard (or whatever they're called) HD tv tuner would you recommend for a Dell inspiron 9400? (and by using the pci-e slot will the lag be reduced to nil?)
