also this feeling you're experiencing is probably just a psychologically altered version of the "crash" almost every man in the entire world feels after ejaculating
it is normal unless you stop having sex because of it
well, sperm is kind of disgusting and sticky. it's just psychological. try taking a shower after you are done with whatever you are doing and see how much you feel better.
As faesce said, it's more or less related to the crash that we all feel after ejaculation, though this is a little more extreme than many guys feel I think.
I'm just curious though: have you to any degree internalized messages about how ejaculation is bad from any religious source?

It's perfectly normal. Just be cautious about communicating about this to any partners you may have; they will almost certainly try to interpret anything you say about it to mean that you find them disgusting in some way. This is true no matter how you try to explain it.
