I was going to post this but Nermy beat me to it. I mean who tethers their kid to their house via hot air balloon besides Bifford?

Well someone wanted T.V. time. The kid was in his attic the whole time? Hiding in a box? I would think that before you go ape shit and claim your son is aboard the balloon, a responsible person would first look for him in the house.
