Saving contacts on a Verizon phone?

For some god awful reason, Verizon still does not use SIM cards in their phones. I've sent/received hundreds of texts in the past few days (a lot for me) and my phone has been flipping out (slow as hell, shuts off randomly, etc). Now since last night it seems I can't communicate at all with anyone that has an iPhone/AT&T, which just so happens to be the phone of the person I want to text. Anyways, I want to try resetting my phone, but trying to save all those contacts manually with no card is a pain in the ass. Anyone have any suggestions? Maybe even just something that would make it easier for me to manually save them?

I have an LG enV2 btw.

I think there is some backup contact software, or an online backup service from Verizon.

I have a suggestion, get a better phone.
I mean damn, if its slow, shuts off randomly and is causing you this much trouble, change it.

anyway i got the enV Touch for the sole reason that it has a slightly higher megapixel camera (and because I had something like $150 in upgrade credits).

i hate the thing for two reasons: first, the touch screen is mediocre, and worse, it turns off in the middle of conversations, which makes it a pain at times to navigate automated menus. secondly, and far worse, is how the lock on the thing is absolutely idiotic. okay, so one of the ways to unlock it makes sense, and that is to slide your finger from the top to bottom of the touch screen. that's not a motion that can be easily reproduced by objects bumping into the phone. however, it's completely compromised by the fact that all you have to do is press the unlock button twice to unlock the damn thing! this makes it so that my phone is forever dialing people by itself
