Something weird in my sausage

Today I was really hungry so I went to the store and bought some sausage. I wanted cheese too but I didn't have much money. So I got the kind with cheese inside. Well I like the cheese best so I picked/bit it out. So I could save the meat for later. I was on my last sausage when I found something weird. I noticed because when I was chewing something super hard was in my mouth so I took it out. It is white and hard and slightly bigger than a kernel of rice. What is it? Is it a chunk of bone? What should I do with it? Shouldn't the company make sure bones aren't included? What if someone started choking on it? What can I do about this issue?

But that is so scary. I guess because it doesn't say boneless on the package it can include bones. I only bought one package and I already picked out the cheese. It was so soft and meat flavored. It reminds me of the laughing cow ham flavoured cheese cubes. Mostly cheese with a hint of meat flavor. The sausage is in big chunks with bite marks in it. I stuck it back in the fridge. Something to eat for tomorrow. I eat the sausages raw, I think they taste all right as these ones are the cooked kind.

if you are too lazy to cook do you eat instant noodles or eggs uncooked as well?

Raw eggs, not usually. They have less flavor. Too me they taste way better cooked. Plus I heard that some of the protein isn't digested if the egg is raw. Noodles, yeah but they usually taste better cooked as the noodles get softer. But sometimes I would open it and eat it raw. I thought of it like a poor person's version of potato chips.

I think I eat too much salt, you guys. I think I should cut back a little at a time. Too much too soon and I think I will get salt withdrawals. I just noticed because I have a really dry mouth. I was eating meat macaroni and cheese loaf today and it was making my mouth a lot worse. So I googled and the stuff is like 22 per cent salt. Since I eat so much meat anyway I want to start buying lower salt meat. Which means less lunch meat, weiners, sausages and canned meat. I don't usually read the salt contents on labels. But then again, I can taste that some meat tastes saltier than others. But I want to start. I just will have to start cooking, possibly. I just noticed how salty the mac and cheese loaf and how bad it was making my mouth feel so I stopped eating it and ate teriyaki seafood snacks. Much better.

Not really though, because the more salt you eat, the more thirsty you get. Then if you exercise it swishes around. It feels gross. I was going to do pushups today. But I wanted to wait a bit today because I felt like I drank too much water. Too much water swishing in my belly. But now my blood doesn't feel as salty now. Plus I don't feel the dizziness from so much salt, anymore.
