Single player RPG games

What are some good SP RPG games that don't use stuff like magic or crap like that. I own and like Fallout 3 but don't particularly like Oblivion if that helps. FPS type would be better but...

what's an rpg without magic =o

I don't know if it has magic or anything but I hear Mass Effect 2 is pretty good.

Mass Effect 2 has biotics which is pretty much magic.

A little bit is okay, I just don't want one where everything in the game depends on it. For example in the original Shadow run games you could build your character without it or could add it if you wanted. MS dropped the ball on that shadowrun game. It's okay for a FPS but could have been an awesome RPG.

If I remember correctly, it's suppose to be true to the actual Medieval European world, unlike most other "Medieval-like" games which have only superficial resemblance to the Medieval world, if even that...

I thought mountain blade was a hack and slash game.

I got Badlands. I think it's okay, just not exactly a RPG. I mean you level up and all and you do missions but idk...

Deus Ex 3 is set for release in Feb 2011. I'd put that down on the must buy list, if I were you.
