So I'm caught up in a real life soap.
Okay, so two of my friends got hitched, and after two years of unhappy marriage, they broke up. Now being friends with both of them was still hard but it I did my best, talking and hanging out with both of them. Well, I had kinda lost touched with the husband and after texting to see if he wanted to hang out, he flew of the handle and told me flat out he never wanted to see me again.
Well I figured he thought I had "sided" with his ex or something and invited him over to talk it out but he refused. So now, after calling one of our mutual friends, I learn that he has somehow got it in his head the the reason his wife left him was all my fault. Honest to god, I have no idea how he came to this conclusion but apparently the sole blame is on my shoulders.
Now I don't know what to do. We have the same circle of friends and I don't want there to be a divide but all attempts to contact him just has him ignoring me. I'm not sure if this is a temporary thing, or what but it's starting to anger me that he won't even attempt to talk to me about this whole mess.
So now I'm really considering going over to his house one day and trying to catch him when he is home so we can get this straightened out. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not? On one hand, it might open up a dialogue but on the other hand I don't want to make things worst. Any advice on the subject would be great.
