Coq I don't know what your rules will be, but can we institute a rule up front requiring at least one post per gameday from all players. It's fucking bullshit that the town is straddled by people who signup and then don't play, allowing mafia to hide amongst them.
It's not that I have a problem with mafia hiding through minimal activity, it's that fuckhead townies shouldn't give them a place to hide. The town has to drive up activity to force mafia to speak and, therefore, slip up. When the town is full of people who don't do that, we might as well just cut them out.
I'm willing to ban anyone who goes inactive on a game.
I don't think that's necessary, although certainly everyone speaking at least once a day would be ideal.
Just make days and nights a fixed, relatively short period. e.g. 24 hours each
I think everyone who's in so far is the kind of player who would contribute daily, provided WA does pay more attention

also, Atmosfear: I'll throw in a rule that posts are required at least once every 24 hours. I'll send a couple of warning PMs in case the deadline is missed; I won't be too strict about it. But if I'm repeatedly sending PMs to the same player, I'll try to replace them or just boot them out altogether
