Poem fragment I wrote today

The world is a pile of writs
Holy ink stained parchments and paper;
Piles collapse, floating leaves landing on Earth, angelic
Delicate as petals
Fragile as a thought, uncommitted to memory.


I jotted it down in a few minutes. I'm less impressed by it on a second reading.

No but really it's driven by alliteration consonance and (lol)assonance.

I dunno, maybe it's suppose to be ambiguous

Also the inclusion of the comma doesn't change the meaning, even if in prose you wouldn't include it. It's primarily meant to indicate a slight pause.
