Work out music

I'm curious to what people listen to when they work out.

Lately I've been listening to my Deadmau5 station on Pandora. It's feels kinda like a sci-fi action film score. When I'm on the treadmill I pretend I'm in a sci-fi action movie running away for my life.

i like to listen to 'lights' when i work out

Light is the canadian equivalent of Gaga/Kesha, right?

I listen to Lady Gaga/Kesha/Katy Perry while running and whatever is on the gym's speakers while lifting (headphones/iphone gets in the way.)

i don't really like listening to light when i work out.

when I'm running, anything with a steady rhythm is good enough for me. My girlfriend's ipod has a bunch of dance/electronic music where I have no idea what plays, but it does the trick for me. other than that, I've used some metal leftover from days of poorer taste, or just whatever's on the speaker.
