Default Bluetooth Issue: Device Driver Not Found

When I attempt to connect most types of Bluetooth device to my computer, the device connects, then the following popup appears:

There is, obviously, no disc, and this prevents me from using any of the device's functions. This happens when I attempt to use my Wiimote or phone, but my mouse works.... Any ideas?

I'm running Vista on a Dell XPS m1530 with the default Bluetooth drivers and stack. I don't want to install Bluesoleil, as I need to be able to transfer data via Bluetooth (to my phone). I can't find any other working solution to the problem
    Still Alive, maybe.
