It's no secrect that the success of any forum relies on new members. The way I have been treated today is crazy. Everyone went from welcoming me with open arms to turning on me like rabid dogs and for no reason! Once again I'll pass. I no longer wish to me a member of this forum. KT I thought you were cool. People are dicks. Thick skin is a very important part of posting on any flames-like forum and merely reading it should've made you well aware of what happens there. If you didn't feel capable of dealing with that you shouldn't have entered it. As for anything being said outside there, you just need to grin and bear it. If anything truly unpleasant goes on outside flames it does get dealt with.

Two points I would like to cover here and now, since you've decided to air your grievances publicly instead of PMing a moderator.

First, about Flames. What did you think was going to happen when you chose of your own free will to enter a forum with 'Flames' in the title? It's no secret that Flames is the way it is. Surely you didn't expect a pleasant exchange of ideas which would result in mutual admiration.

Second, your comment directed towards me. If you are so hurt about the post you made that earned you a warning then there is not much I can do about that. I felt that there was a good enough reason to warn you for it and I acted upon that. Your sarcastic PM reply was not worth responding to at the time.

I see you having two options now:

1. Become a better poster.
