    The ASUS Harner posted looks killer. I've had my ASUS F3JP for about 1.5 years and no problems so far, they make a damn good laptop. Only problem is that the battery life is really weak (maybe 2 hours tops), but most laptops with dedicated graphics cards will have this issue.

    Yeah that one Harner posted is probably the best you'll get with that money. Asus is a solid brand.

    Thanks guys. I ended up going with the hp hdx 16 inch superwidescreen. 250 gb, built-in subwoofer, 12 cell batter, 2 year accidental damage, core duo, 512 graphics card, (nvidia) 4 gigs of ram, 64 bit vista.
