    Default headaches every day

For the past week or so I've been getting a headache at least once a day. I'm not going through a withdrawal of any addictive substance. It seems the majority of my headaches happen at night.

Do you think I should go to a doctor?

I'd see a doctor. My dad has sleep apnea and was having headaches primarily at night. I'm not saying your case is the same by any means, but headaches can come from all sorts of things, most of which are harmless. But it's still best to be sure.

I get headaches a lot and usually the cause is not enough sleep, too much sleep, or not enough caffeine.

Sometimes a poor diet can cause a headache or if you aren't getting enough water. Excedrin works the best out of medicines for me but really making sure I get enough sleep and water is the best cure.

If it doesn't go away or if it seems like the worst headache of your life, then definitely see your doctor.

You're sure these are headaches and not migraines?

I only ask because most people before they distinquish the difference just assume they're headaches.

Diet and stress level have been mostly the same since before the headaches started. My diet is good and my stress level is low/moderate.

Well my father and my younger brother both get severe migraines. I'm concerned that I might be developing migraines but my headaches aren't nearly as severe as theirs.

I've decided to see a doctor on Friday if the headaches continue. Thanks.

Good luck, I went the same way and now have my migraines under control.
Only rarely get them now because whenever I even get a slight feeling of one I pounce on it.
