Default Problems Remembering a Christmas Novelty Song Title

Alright, this one's been bothering me for some time:

I remember hearing back in 2000 a Christmas novelty song in which a man is teaching the listener how to cook a fruitcake. The thing was, after each time he'd add an ingredient, he'd take a sip of gin (at least I'm 90% that was the drink) and as the "song" progressed, he would get drunker and drunker, ending with him pouring the rest of his drink all over the fruitcake and cooking it (His line being, "Just pour the whole friggin' thing in there.") The song was also introduced by a high-pitched character, probably an elf or reindeer.

If you guys can tell me the title and other information about this song, I'd greatly appreciate it. It's been a very long time, and I finally would like to know the title to this damn song.

That sounds like something I've seen by Justin Edward's alter-ego Jeremy Lion. Although it's a British thing and probably came a few years later than 2000.

    No, it definitely wasn't British.
