What games piss you off and why?

So everyone has games that they hate and for different reasons. What games do you hate and why? Granted that obviously everything here will simply be opinions, but hey opinions have to be based on something right?

I personally dislike a few:

Halo - People are/were just WAY too obsessed with Halo (it HAS died down recently, but the initial Halo-Bang pissed the living fuck out of me). It's an FPS of pure mediocrity, I can find much better (much worse too, though) FPS's than Halo. I guess I was just sick of hearing people say how awesome it was almost every day.

Elder Scrolls/Oblivion - Same as Halo...people were so obsessive about a game that was mediocre at best, it was simply annoying to constantly hear about how "awesome" a mediocre game is. I pretty much dislike this game for the same reason's I liked Halo. The game wasn't bad, but hearing about a game day in and day out when it's not THAT GREAT of a game can get tiresome.

MOST Call of Duty and Medal of Honor games - Seriously...World War 2 is getting old, find something new to base your games off of. The only CoD game I ever REALLY enjoyed was CoD 4 online, I did have fun with that one because the modern warfare settings was interesting.

I hate the original Megaman game (and maybe 2 and later I don't remember how long this was a problem) for the fact that the controls are HORRIBLE. The way you start walking is ridiculous, it doesn't respond right away and seems like it's designed to make you want to fucking kill a baby. I could beat it if I wanted to, but I don't have the patience for shit controls like that. Compare that to even Megaman 9 and you'll see what I'm talking about, the new one is certainly superior in a lot of ways, but the most noticeable difference is the control response. It is perfectly responsive and great, and it is fine to beat even on Superhero mode (though one part did piss me the hell off) because the controls actually work.

Contra 4 pisses me off. Granted I haven't put much time into playing it, but I can beat the original Contra without dying once most any time I play it. Yet Contra 4 is one hard fuckin' game where that would be ridiculous to do (at least on the hardest difficulty setting, which is all I've tried).

As much as I did not like CoD 5 due to problems carried over from CoD 3, I will admit the Pacific Theater was refreshing, especially since it was done right.

Mojo! for the ps2. Its a puzzle game and it pisses me off because the last levels are so unnecessarily hard. The hardest part is not falling off the level when it should be figuring out the puzzle, you know?

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for the NES. There is this one jump in a sewer that is damn-near impossible. And they DROWN in the water. WHY CAN'T THESE TURTLES FUCKING SWIM!?

Add GTA IV to your list.
Shit graphics, dumb physics, clumsy controls and miserable driving.
I dont fucking WANT realism in a GTA game, thats why its GTA. It's supposed to be so fantastic that it's impossible on everything but a quantum physics level.
GTA IV doesn't do anything that Vice City or San Andreas did better.

i mean it's okay, pretty fun, but frankly it's repetitive and its sandbox aspect is limited.

Those people are fools for having expectations that can never be fulfilled then if you ask me.
Never is a strong word.

Lower the expectations, don't blame the game if this is the case.
Which, tbh I don't think it is. I just think the game was a bit disappointing and people are giving it heaps more shit than it deserves imo.

i'm more pissed that even though the "game" sucked and had draconian DRM, it still made a huge profit and got extremely inflated reviews

I both love and hate Metal Gear Solid 3. Terrible camera and outdated controls. Having to pause the game to eat/cure and most annoyingly change camo.

No, no, not that one. It's a jump you have to make but they randomly spawn flying enemies and the turtle gets carried out of the sewer for some reason when you hit the water.

Yea, not the one where you walk straight across. After image googleing "TMNT Nes sewer jump" I am fairly certain that I found an image of the EXACT series of jumps I am talking about. Apparently someone else was not impressed by the jumps.

Warcraft 3. I've always been a big Starcraft fan and Warcraft 3 never really did it for me. I've never even wanted to get into WoW because Warcraft 3 was nothing compared to Starcraft.

In other news, Mario Kart 64, Goldeneye, and Perfect Dark are my 3 favorite games ever made, respectfully.

Controlling the sword was a nightmare. My arms always got really tired. I spent hours trying to defeat a particular swordsman (about 70% into the game). I eventually said, "fuck it" and I haven't played the game since.

Good concept, way too long and repetitive. I was pissed that I paid full price.
