    Default Marie Antoinette?

Ok anybody remember the MTV version of Marie Antoinette starring Kirsten Dunst? Well I never saw it and my friends that are girls recommended it because they said it is super unique. Has anyone see this and is this actually good movie where I should rent it or is it complete trash? I'm a guy by the way so that probably matters.

I really liked it. Although if you get really upset about historical inaccuracies I wouldn't watch it. There is at least one major historical event that was changed for the purpose for the narrative.

I loved the style of the film and thought the movie was very entertaining.

They didn't just change a single event, it's rife with inaccuracies. It wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be however.

I was reading about this film on wikipedia. The writer/director Sophia Coppola was quoted saying, "It is not a lesson of history. It is an interpretation documented, but carried by my desire for covering the subject differently." If you keep this in mind, the historical inaccuracies shouldn't bother you.
