He's 11, and normal weight for an 11 year old, just short as hell.
He's got a kidney problem and has to take steroids to keep him alive. It stunted his growth so now he looks overweight. Or, well, he technically is overweight for his height, just not his age, I guess you could say.
EDIT: Actually he might be 9, I can't remember.
