    Default WoW character thread

    You know the drill.

    Character name, server, class, etc.

    Korgoth
80 Orc Prot Warrior - Twisting Nether
Started leveling it from 37 about 2 weeks after Wrath launched. My new main.

    Dethran
80 Undead Frostfire Mage - Twisting Nether
Old main, don't play it much anymore.

I lost my job in October so I have too much free time on my hands these days. Hopefully that won't last too much longer.

    Wrathofsteve
    40 Human Waror - Daggerspine

I tried WoW, and didn't like it a whole lot. Never know though, I might decide to pick it back up some day. It did have it's moments.

What level are you? And cat or bear? I used to be bear but once WotLK came out I decided to sell my tank gear, needed the money and bag space. I will need to respec as my current spec is a hybrid cat/bear build, want to make it focus on cat mainly.

I just dinged 80 today. I hyped it up to be more then it was. I was happy for about 15 minutes. Then I realized that 80 is just the beginning and I would have to do everything I did at 70 just 10 levels higher with a new skill or 2. I am thinking about quiting.. again. Not sure yet.

I aint logged in for a while now. Bored with it, I found out last week that my comp cannot handle 25 man raids and the raid times for 10 man ones don't suit me. Keep meaning to level my alts but cant be arsed, pretty bored with WoW at the moment.

Meh, I am bored with heroics. Getting a half decent group can be pain staking. My main is a paladin healer, and there are alot more AE situations in instances that require really everyone to be at their best.

For instance I did heroic Grun'Dak the other day there and on the 2nd boss 2 of the dpsers died, he shoots this purple mojo shit out and lands on the ground and DoTs you if you stand in it, 2 dpsers decided they would just stand in it and expect me to heal them. One bitched at me, I told him that it is his responsibility to move out of avoidable damage, but he kept bitching anyway. He seemed ignorant to the fact I had to spend most of my time on the move, therefore be economical with my heals, I only have 1 practical instant cast heal (holy shock) and 2 (FoL) if the first crits and those are for the tank, with bacon that means I can throw one to a dpser but there are 3, tough luck if it aint you, move from the damage. Lol, sorry to rant on but it pissed me off.

So a couple of idiot members can really turn a heroic on its head. The one that gets me the most is heroic violet hold. The void walker boss and the ethereal, whenever I go I usually get both, you tell people on the void to kill the adds once you get the debuff, but no they just keep nuking the boss then blame you when the group wipes constantly. Fair enough if it is a well geared priest/druid or shaman healing, but a pally? You simply cannot expect them to heal through that so people need to kill the adds. So many times I have had to give people lecturers on pally healing, trying to explain that you need to avoid avoidable damage. Another rant. Sorry lol, I could go on all day.
