He is fucking expensive, he said in an interview that, depending on the complexity of the shoot and how much time and what is involved, that he charges about $30,000 dollars to do a 2 minute infomercial for a product.

Well I believe that it's well worth it though. Even though I don't buy the products, I remember them just because Billy Mays promoted them in an infomercial. I'll likely never need an auger, but if I do, Billy Mays sold me on the awesome auger.

Pretty much everything he advertises, the sales go through the roof. OxiClean skyrocketed on the first day of him doing it on the home shopping network.
