    Default Beef Jerky

Does anyone else love beef jerky?

My favorites would have to be Jack Link's Teriyaki and Team Realtree/Trail's Best's Original.

I hear the voices inside my head. They counsel me. They understand. They talk to me.

I love beef jerkey, but I hate the stuff you buy in wal mart and places like that. There is a gas station that makes beef jerkey, cracklins, and boudin, and they have the best jerkey ever.

Jerky Joe's in Cullman, Alabama is pretty phenomenal. It's also the only place I've ever seen that sells nothing but beef jerky. Their product is always fresh and always tastes wonderful, especially the hot variety.

The best I've tasted in years a coworker made. I asked him how much he wanted for a bag and he jokingly said 100 dollars. I'd have given him 10 for a bag but he ran out and won't make any more unless I cut up the deer for him.

There used to be a place in Cadiz, KY that specialized in jerky, I talked to the owner before they closed and he told me it was a franchise from a big California chain. Great jerky, I had the ostrich, bison and some other varieties. Found some about a year after I bought it and ate it anyway. I've made some in the past but ended up cutting the steak too thick.
