The 68-year-old, identified only by her last name Cha, has taken the test almost every working day since 2005 in the southwestern city of Jeonju. She failed again Monday for the 771st time.

The should average her scores, so by the time she passes with a 60, the 1500 fails will keep her from getting that license. She shouldnt be driving if she cant pass in 1-2, maybe 3 times

Oh come on... the government will gladly take all the money she has to spend on each test. Why would they stop her from taking the tests?
