How Do I Make WMP Skins?
I'd like a program or a guide to making WMP skins. I'm a complete newb to it. As far as programming experience goes, well, I can do BASIC actionscripting and HTML, so if I'm getting into something that's way above my ability level, tell me.
This article was a little confusing for me.
Are there any (free) programs that can make WMP skins? Thanks.

You use windows media player?
I like it better than Win Amp, but that's not the issue in this thread...
