The nerd inside me couldn't be contained as I heard that they are making a movie based on the Reboot CGI anime. Rumor has it that if this movie does bomb, they will turn it into a trilogy. Ah, I can die happy in 2011. Needless to say, I am very excited.

Also, I do realize that a few (most) probably have no idea what I am talking about, so let the flamining begin.

The later seasons of that show were intense and fucking brilliant. The whole Bob/Enzo/Megatron/Hexa arch in the last season was a fucking masterstroke.

This is a terrible idea for a film and that series just proved that Canada is only capable of producing bland mediocrity.

Are you saying that if the movie does great, it will be turned into a trilogy or if the movie does poorly it will be turned into a trilogy? I think you mean "bomb" as in "to succeed" but frankly, I think the only way this movie would be turned into a trilogy is if it was a horrible failure.
