If you've been living under a rock, let me surprise you--Osama's dead. A SOCOM-CIA operation in Pakistan concluded with zero US casualties, and Osama was killed. His body was recovered, and President Obama spoke on the matter earlier this evening.

edit: yeah I read that too about the funeral not being 100% compliant to Muslim tradition, but all I have to say is "the guy was a mass murder. the funeral was close enough"
