Default GPU fan making loud noises/ stopped working.

I bought a Sapphire Radeon HD 3650 a few months ago and I have recently noticed the making loud noises, but would cease after tapping the GPU. Now the fan is reluctant to start at most times. I can't say I'm happy in the slightest way as I've only had this GFX card for a few months.

Is there any way to fix this problem?

Well here's the best I can help yet again. I would suggest contacting Sapphire themselves to see if your card is still under warranty. They might be nice enough to give you a reimbursement or replacement if you send it back. I know that means now cool video for a while, but you could also try fixing the fan yourself, thereby voiding the warranty. In all reality, it sounds as if the bearings just wore out prematurely, and they should still be responsible for that fuck up. I don't know their return policy offhand, but if it's only been 6 months, you should be in the clear.

Super freaky ninja edit: Looks like their warranty is 2 years. You should be good.
