    Default New Video Card...thought?

Just wondering if anyone has any insight on this new video card I just bought. I ordered it earlier today, should get it within a week.

Has anyone ever had experience with this card before? I'm not an expert at hardware but the card specs LOOK to be alright. Is anyone capable of furthering my knowledge on this?

You just bought yourself one of the best video cards on the market right now. You should be able to play any game on the market as long as you have a decent CPU and enough RAM.

2gb RAm and an Athlon 3400 (kind of old at this point but still seems to run perfectly).

    That seem fine to you?

Is the 3400 a single or dual core? Seems kinda like a bottleneck to me if it's a single core. What games do you plan on running

    Dual Core processor.

It's mostly for end-game World of Warcraft + occasional FPS's like FEAR etc.

Thanks for the info, I guess I was just looking for some reassurance after dumping a nice chunk of change in that new card

Could've picked up a 4850 for half the price and it's almost as good as that card, especially for the other hardware you have.

Could've picked up a 4830 for a quarter the price and it's almost as good as that card, especially for the other hardware you have.
