Default Triple booting XP, Vista, and Ubuntu w/ Wubi...

So, I come to the great techs of Casual Discourse today to ask a question. I gave the internet's series of tubes a once over, and I could not find any guides that incorporated Wubi into the install. I wish to install Ubuntu, using Wubi (a Windows installer for Linux distros) to triple boot my machine, preferably without any dire consequences.

I currently have three hard drives, two IDE and one SATA. I have both XP and Vista installed on the first IDE (~160GB in size, ~80GB a piece), and my media (40GB) on the second IDE. My SATA is the largest, clocking in at 320GB, and it holds all my games and backup material.

I think I know what to do to get this all running, however, I need some reassurance upon my idea. As far as I know, I will be using Vista to install Wubi / Ubuntu, and that way, when my computer starts up, it will load GRUB first, then allow me to boot into either Ubuntu or Vista. If I were to choose Vista, I would then be presented with the normal bootloader screen for Vista and and earlier version of Windows (XP in this case).

That's the way my mind is thinking about it, but I don't want to go ahead and test it without knowing I won't fuck u my whole system, and also that uninstalling Wubi will not screw over the bootloader for Vista. Any help would be appreciated. If I didn't make it clear, ask anything necessary and I will try to the best of my knowledge to fill in the details.

I've got 4 installs of linux and 1 windows 98 on this machine and grub boots to them all without me having to do anything. I'm not familiar with wubi so I can't help you with that. Ubuntu installed without a hitch and I think a monkey could do it.

Thanks for the insight. However, I'm just trying to see if anyone with experience with Wubi would know how to tackle this... I mean it's not necessary for me to install ubuntu, but I have the option, so I might as well take it.
