I ran into a shopping cart going a 40mph drift in a Hannaford parking lot and broke my fuckin headlight. I also bought a 1993 Explorer for $250. the 4.0L is going in my Ranger soon.
Also bought a 1988 Mustang LX vert for my turbo swap... It's rust free.

I think it needs some bigger tires
That seems to be a common truck for people who like to take their stuff offroad.

I've pondered engine swaps, but it just seems like too much work. I don't want to have to tell my Dad, "Hey, can you do me another small favor and CHANGE THE ENGINES?!" ha I'd feel like a big dick. The only think I would do possibly is put the Toyota 3.4L V6 in it so I could get the TRD Supercharger for it, to keep it all-Toyota. As for putting something like a 350 in it, I do way to much driving, especially being in the military having had it driven to Pennsylvania from Georgia, then when I get back I'm going to have to drive it back down, then I'll be switching duty stations soon thereafter and having to drive it to wherever that is. Plus, before we left for here gas was still $4+. Granted I know it's dropped tremendously since then, but it would be just my luck that it would skyrocket just before we get off the plane in Georgia.

..a friend of the devil..
I'm back; CD was down for awhile and it struck me today to see if it wasn't up again. Huzzah, more rice for your board :P
Swapped in a transmission with an LSD into the CRX because the old transmission's differential literally blew apart and put 4 holes in the transmission casing.
Figured out I field stripped the LSD wrong and reversed a gear, didn't have time to finish fixing it, towed it to a friend's shop and got a break on the work. Got it back without a clutch cover and I'm now driving around in snowy Maryland with my flywheel and clutch exposed to the elements.
Note to self: Save money and buy a fucking beater.

I'm about to change the oil in my truck, bought some Royal Purple as Wal-Mart was out of 5-quart jugs of Mobil1. I also bought a Supertech filter as those and Fram are the only ones carried by the chain now. I heard some good stuff about Supertech awhile back and know they are better than Fram. That said, I'm about to go buy a funnel, so I think I will invest in a Mobil1 or other filter. No sense putting over $30 worth of oil into the truck with a $2.50 filter.

Nice looking, almost like it wishes it was Professional Grade.

Maybe, unfortunately I sold it to a friend who sold it to another friend. Last I saw it someone had busted out all the glass and keyed it all to hell. When I first got it, it had 39k original miles and the only things wrong with it were due to it being kept outside. Sun damaged paint and seats, and a rusted through catalytic converter.

I hit a telephone with mt TT last week, caught it with the left front wheel.
Minimal damage, just a dented fender (paint was mint, original pearl white ) and the inner tie rod was bent into a U

A telephone? As in a iPhone or 25 cent call booth?
