Maybe your mass airflow sensor (MAF)? I'm not really familiar with Hondas. Do you have AAA? I would recommend trying to take the thing to AutoZone or somewhere to have it scanned so you know what code is flashing. Or buy a scanner and do it yourself. The scanner will tell you exactly what's wrong, since it's OBDII. My CEL was on in my 96 Grand Am a few years ago and the scanner told me it had a blocked catalytic converter.

My guess is mass airflow, or some other sensor that's gone haywire.

Yea seriously gimp to Autozone, Advanced auto parts, Napa, they all do the free OBD2 scan. Have a friend or family member follow you in case. If it fails on the way there, see if they can take you to Autoplace to pick the guy up and bring him back with the scanner.
