The worst I was in was before I had my license. 1994 Ford Aspire, two dumb 15-year-olds and a plotted revenge against another dumb teenager who liked to talk crap. We did what we did, drove off, then took a 15 MPH turn at 40 on wet pavement. Both airbags deployed and my friend who wasn't wearing his seatbelt had all five or six nametags from his McDonalds uniform come loose and fly into the hatchback. He was also wearing a necklace with a skull and crossed guitars. Both the guitars broke off and stuck in his chest. The car started back up and externally it did not look too damaged. Smoke from the airbags was rolling out, the windshield was cracked from the airbag and a state trooper passed us on the way home without so much as a second glance. Instead of totaling the vehicle, the insurance company decided to have it repaired for over $7000 in damage despite the fact that the car cost hardly more new.

Fifteen years later we still bring up our stupidity. I learned my lesson and have become more cautious over the years, he went on to have multiple DUIs, total at least four vehicles and nearly kill himself with the last accident.
