Its going to be 5 inches. 4" leaf springs, 1" shackle lift. Plus Im putting flat fenders on the front and TJ fender flares on the back for more clearance. It will look fine.

Heres one with about the same amount of lift and 35s. Its got like 1/4 inch more lift than mine will have.
