Now onto a gun. I started on my Sig P228 last night after work, and am almost finished. I may finish it after work today.

Anyways, I started out by pressing the outside of the holster.

Then with the cooled outside part in the press, I pressed the inside half. Its marked for trimming.

Then I trimmed the front and back halves.

Then I trimmed and sanded the front half and after that I drilled the holes for the eylets on the front half. And using the holes there, I was able to mark for them on the other half.

And this is how it sits right now. I still need to trim up the back half, and then Ill take them to my polishing wheel to blend the seams.

Oh and the gun is stuck in the holster. I need to take a heat gun to the area around the ejection port so it will loosen up.
