Looks like some M855 ball (5.56mm) and perhaps 7.62 or .308.

I can see where the green tip would cause confusion, but's it's actually nosler ballistic tips in 300 blk.

The first two pictures are of a .223 and a 350gr .375 projectile.

The two pics of headstamps are old lake city .30-06 brass.
