And now for photos of step by step instructions! Enjoy!

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin pan with butter non-stick spray.

    2. Using a cookie cutter, cut circles out of bread slices about 3 inches in diameter.

    3. Take bread circles and press them into the muffin pan, set aside.

    4. Heat a large skillet on medium-high. Cook bacon on the skillet until partially cooked but still pliable, about 3 minutes.

    5. Shape bacon strips into the toast cups, fill with 1 Tbs of shredded cheese. Place in the oven for 5 minutes, allowing the bacon to toast just a little more. Remove from oven.

    6. Crack your egg and separate out most of the egg white. Drop eggs into the cups, sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste. Place back in the oven and cook until white begins to set, about another 8 – 10 minutes. The yolk should be creamy.

    7. Remove from oven when done and pop out using a spoon, serve warm.

    Enjoy!

Interesting, nice find! I made something similar today.. though it was on sliced bread.. and no bacon.........

you know, just a slice of toast, melt cheese on top, and throw a sliver of egg on there :P.

This is a nice variation on the sort of breakfast I would eat whilst hungover. Will definitely make this next time myself and a few friends have been out on the town.

I'm amazed how anyone can cook after a night out, I don't even get hangovers and I can't be fucked.

Whenever anyone cooks for me after we've both been out on a night out I'm eternally grateful...cos...well I sure as fuck can't be bothered.

That looks awesome. I'm not a breakfast person, but I'm impressed.

Seems like you get a bit of wasted bread using scissors.

You could use the extra bread and make croutons or you could just eat it... If you are worried about wasting bread. You could also feed it to your pets and make them fat.

And risk my dog filling up on bread before her steak? I think not.

    Cool

This was a delicious breakfast meal. I'd like to make more breakfast meals and post them, but my camera is broken.

I would feed my dogs but I was told that I was harming them by giving them people food.

man that looks amazing. I definitely wanna try making this, my girl loves her bacon and eggs and this seems pretty easy to cook, not to mention it uses very few ingredients -- no need to go out and shop to stock up for this meal!

this looks great, i'll definitely have to try it in the next couple of days. thanks rice queen!
