    Almost 200 pounds. I'm at 267 right now, and intend to get to 250 by the end of the year, and then I'll be at 200 pounds lost.

    My secret is metabolism alteration for weight loss. 100-200 calorie meals every 2-3 hours, 1-2 hours of cardio a day, lots of fiber, regular exfoliation, lemon juice along with lots of water.

    For bulking I do what everyone else does. I try to do 2 weeks of cutting and 1 week of bulking to keep from plateauing either. I've not been holding to this over the past few months though, just cause I hurt my leg and got lazy.

    This was my downfall. I had knee surgery about 4 years back, and it fucked me right up.
