Uh, bullshit. He was shifting in the pocket, and whoever the defender was obviously let up to avoid tanking Roethlisberger. That wasn't a roughing call, that was a hose (just like every spectator and analyst agreed.) Instead of loss of down and a penalty (or at least loss of down) on third down, it's an automatic first. Costing three point which ended up winning the game.
