And I have to say it's so much different then everything else I've ever done.
I'm actually going to stick with this one, it works my legs and kicks better then I could ever have figured out.

I've been doing Muy Thai, Krav Maga, BJJ, and Jeet Kune Do (my main) for about 6 years at the longest, and none of it is really leg strong besides Muy Thai, and even then it doesn't use fancy flying kicks or anything.

Anyone got some advice to help speed me along and up to date with the rest of the class?
