Nah I wouldn't put it past an organization to be stupid enough to sign him if they are really desperate.

But think of the possibilities. He and Dennis Rodman could move in together and start an ice cream parlor. Drama ensues when T.O. insists on doing all the scooping and Rodman refuses to adhere to the dress code.
