    Yea, that is pretty awesome. It is humbling...it fills me with such wonder. I mean 78 billion lightyears...am I right in thinking that a lightyear is the distance travelled by light in a year? Holy shit.

    The dude in the video is right, the notion that ours is the only planet with life on it is just absurd, I cannot believe that, when videos like this put the universe and our planet into perspective, there has to be other planets with life.

    Gwahir, I agree. This must be one of those things that I think most, if not all humans can be humbled by and share a common sense of sheer and utter awe and wonder, yet most don't appreciate. Stuff like this should be shown to kids to help them appreciate just how vast our universe is.

    I just looked on wikipedia, stating that in meters, the universe is 880,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 meters in diameter. Just looking at a number that big makes my head hurt.
