By the way this kid is not a psycho and is almost certainly somewhere on the autistic spectrum.

no, he's not. i mean, i wouldn't be surprised if the incidence of autism among hardcore WoW players was higher than in the general population, but being autistic isn't neccesary to become this addicted to WoW, and the majority of WoW addicts are not going to be autistic too.

No. Not this kid. This is quite divorced from normal angry kid behaviour. The clothes, the remote, the way he shrieks -- this is a "special" child. I know the signs: I've worked with autistic kids, Fragile X kids, Asperger's kids etc for years.
