I couldn't understand it very easily the first time I watched it, but now that I can hear what they are saying it's kind of catchy.
They do that to hide their identities
why not get a proper mask?
Also, it's not like they're Batman.
I'd assume that if your identity is protected by a mask and you're caught carrying that mask then your identity isn't so secret anymore. Whereas if you use plastic bags nobody is going to be suspicious if they find you carrying a plastic bag.
