I would like to try out raccoon, and all the other Appalachian delicacies. Things like squirrel, Raccoon, opossum etc. Or did you mean coon as in Mr. E?

well first they're called possums.

and second woodchuck and deer are more often served up as vittles than squirrels or raccoon up here.
